Our Expert Team:

Pete Gibson

Pete started Gibson Print in his parents’ basement in 2014; he has experience in the printing industry at nearly every position from designer to pressman to sales, in addition to his formal education in printing and graphic arts. A native Virginian, Pete has been involved in local politics since 2006. He enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with his awesome kids, and arguing on the internet.

Arden Stevens

Arden keeps folks up to speed as our Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining the team in 2021, she has experience as a campaign manager and organizer in Richmond, and has over 15 years of experience in project management. She can usually be found cooking something spicy, hanging out with her rad kids, or pretending to read that book she's been trying to finish for six months, but never, ever sitting still.

Kennedi Ingram

Kennedi started at Gibson Print in the summer of 2024 as an intern and came back to work here full-time in early 2025 after graduating college. She is an excellent designer, project manager and all-around tremendous member of our little team and we’re so grateful she’s here to help us help our clients!

Duffy

Duffy is our head of production and brings experience as both a printmaker and an artist to the shop. Their thoughtful approach to the process has helped us improve our quality and production speed, and they bring a cheerful attitude to the shop that we all appreciate! When they’re not working to make our lives easier, they enjoy spending time at home with their husband Kyle, many cats, and many, many plants.
